Trinity Men - Join the Conversation

Join The Conversation

In the spirit of "Sharing the Word of God; Growing the People of God; Living the Love of God," the Trinity Men gather on the first and third Saturdays at 9:30 AM: "To learn to draw nearer to God and his Word together in activities dedicated to helping us become Godly men and extending our service, support, and encouragement to our church and the community at large." We are 'developing church' in a new way in the spirit of "the Mustard Seed," and with God's help.

Among the tasks we have shared together are helping with Trinity's Neighbors in Need program, making meals regularly for Tent City III, preparing fabric samples for Sowing Seeds of Hope and the women in San Ramon, Nicaragua, held a workday at the Jeremiah Center and helped paint the Child Development Center. We also encourage fun and fellowship open to men and the congregation as a whole. Last fall, our party of 56 (family, friends, neighbors - all welcome and of all ages) enjoyed pizza at Alfy's and the Everett Silvertips thrilling victory in hockey over Vancouver. The combination of dinner together followed by a sports event like this, then, is proving to be a popular means to Join the Conversation. We are planning similar events for the Everett AquaSox and 'The Nutcracker.'

Retreats also serve as a means for the men to gather to become better acquainted, to understand each other better, and to understand our mission together better. They generally last from Friday evening through Sunday, early afternoon.

Join the conversation; we are open and welcoming.
