Worship - stands at the center of our life of faith. We gather. We hear God's Word. We share a meal at the Lord's table. And we are sent into the world. But we do not think about worship so much in terms of what we do. Worship is fundamentally about what God is doing and our response to Gods' action.
Visiting Trinity? Welcome! You probably have a lot of questions before you visit. We have tried to answer the most common questions that people have before they join us for worship.
Care & Prayer - Our call is to care for one another in our journey through this life: to walk with one another not only through joy and celebration but most especially through crisis and loss. At Trinity, pastoral care is a foundational ministry in our life together. We care for one another through a team approach involving pastors, staff, lay leaders, and even the broader congregation.
Children's Ministry - Children's Ministry brings an awareness of the presence of God not only to children but families and individuals of all generations through a partnership between home and congregation.
Adult Faith Formation and Adult Groups - The vision of Trinity Lutheran is to nurture and support individuals on their unique faith journeys and provide on-going development of Trinity as a community of faith. Our congregation has unique gifts to welcome and uplift all those looking for a caring relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our Local Missions - Our doors not only swing 'in' to invite people to come join us, but swing 'out' so we can go out and be with people where they are. People at Trinity have gifts that are just waiting to be challenged and used to uplift and engage others.
Our Ministry Sites - Trinity Lutheran Church offers two worship sites for members and guests: Trinity-Lynnwood and at Pointe of Grace in Mukilteo. We also offer worship services at two senior residential locations in Lynnwood.
Middle School & High School Youth - Activities are designed to build relationships and grow faith in 7th -12th graders. Opportunities include weekly middle & high school nights, retreats, Bible study, mission trips, summer camp, small groups, service projects, outreach events, and more.
Music Ministry - Trinity has a reputation of having an exceptionally strong music ministry. We offer music experiences for all musicians wishing to serve using their God-given talents.
Our Global Missions - Your Gifts Can Reach Around the World. Giving gifts to those we love and those who are important to us is one of the great privileges of life. We hope that you will consider a gift that also gives to those who know few privileges and who often struggle for basic human needs. Gifts can be monetary or acts of service.
Preschools and Childcare - Trinity Lutheran Church provides two part-day preschools in Lynnwood and Mukilteo. Full day childcare is provided at the Child Development Center in Lynnwood. The mission of Trinity Lutheran Church Schools and Child Development Center is to nurture each child in Christian love, to encourage success as an individual, and to build self confidence in social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive development.
Membership - We are grateful for your participation in our life of worship and service in Jesus’ name. We’re also delighted to invite you into membership in the congregation. You may have let us know of your interest in joining already, you may have already transferred your membership, or we’ve just noticed your faithful presence. Whichever it may be we want to share some opportunities to grow your understanding of Trinity’s ministry, deepen your connection to Trinity’s community, and get in touch with the beliefs and values that shape the congregation. Watch for information regarding the next session of "Trinity Community", a class that will explore the basics of Christianity, Lutheranism, and Trinity itself. Send us an email with any questions you have regarding membership. (see below)
