Church Adminsitrator - Full Time
The Administrator is a key ministry position for the mission and ministries of the Congregation. The position is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks including, but not limited to, facilities management, personnel, financial and legal issues, communications, membership Ministry partners, council and schools. It is essential for the Administrator to be a strong coordinator, manager and supervisor who provides oversight, leadership, guidance, and succeeds in building relationships and teams. This position works directly with the staff, the council, the congregation and the ministry leaders, serving as a liaison with legal and financial counselors and advisors, school directors, the facilities board, the Lynnwood Neighborhood Community Center and other committees as necessary. This position works closely with and is under the direct supervision of the Pastor.
Salary dependent on experience.
