Artists at the Organ Presents: Dr. Wyatt Smith & Dr. Tracy Doyle In Recital

Join us for the opening concert of Trinity Lutheran Church’s Artists at the Organ 30th anniversary year, featuring Dr. Wyatt Smith on the Pasi organ and Dr. Tracy Doyle on flute. Please note the new concert time: 3 PM.

This special recital will showcase music for flute and organ by living composers, including Aaron David Miller, Bruce Neswick, Karen P. Thomas, and others. Dr. Smith, who last performed at Trinity in February 2019, has captivated audiences across 28 U.S. states and Europe. He holds degrees from the University of Washington, Yale University, and the University of South Dakota and currently serves as Affiliate Artist in Organ & Harpsichord at the University of Puget Sound.

Joining him will be Dr. Tracy Doyle, newly appointed Director of the School of Music and Professor of Flute at the University of Puget Sound. Dr. Doyle earned her Doctor of Musical Arts in flute performance from Louisiana State University and her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Celebrate the 30th anniversary of our concert series with this extraordinary performance of contemporary works for flute and organ.
