The Trinity Pastoral Care Ministers invite all to a two-part forum series exploring the purpose and practice of hospice care.
Hospice focuses on improving the quality of life for people and their families faced with a life-limiting illness. The primary goals of hospice care are to provide comfort, relieve physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering, and promote the dignity of terminally ill people.
Sunday, November 16 – Presentation by Lana Bolton
Lana is a retired Registered Nurse who served with Evergreen Hospital in their Outpatient Hospice Services from 2000 until she retired in 2023. She visited a variety of patients in their home, relative's home, assisted living facility, and nursing homes.
