Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner & Palm Burning Ritual

All are invited to join together on Tuesday, March 4, at 5:30 PM for a Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner, a time to gather, share a meal, and prepare for the season of Lent. Shrove Tuesday, traditionally observed as a day of feasting and reflection before the Lenten season of fasting and repentance, invites us to celebrate God’s abundance and grace. This special evening will include a brief ritual of burning last year’s palms to create ashes for Ash Wednesday worship services. All generations are invited to connect through this meaningful tradition, as we reflect on faith, community, and the journey ahead.
