TLCS Youth at the 2027 ELCA Youth Gathering in Minneapolis
We’re excited to share that TLCS youth are heading to the 2027 ELCA Youth Gathering in Minneapolis, June 28–July 2, 2027!
Their vision: inspire a movement of young people to boldly live out their faith.
This is an exciting opportunity for our youth to join thousands of young people from across the country and from for worship, learning, service, fun, and community — and then be SENT back home to live their faith out loud!
Why are we sharing this now?
Have a youth who will be in grades 9–12 in fall 2027? That includes students graduating in 2027! If they’re curious, excited, or even just wondering what this is all about, we’d love for them and you to join us at the interest meeting.
We want the whole congregation to get excited, too! This is an amazing opportunity for our youth, and we hope our church community will join them in supporting their journey — from getting there, to being there, to coming home and sharing their experience with all of us.

Sunday, October 11 at 6:00 PM — Mandatory Planning Meeting at TLCS youth room
For those who are planning to attend. We will go over registration, fill out forms and collect a deposit.
