One of the outcomes of our "Re-imagining TLCS' Ministry" conversations was the possibility of calling a Deacon as part of our staff leadership team. That raises some important questions worth exploring together: What is the role of a deacon in the life and ministry of a congregation? What is — and what isn't — a deacon?
The TLCS Church Council and I invite you to join us for a forum where we'll work through those questions together. We'll have two opportunities:
Sunday, April 26 — 11:30 AM, Room 203 (following worship)
Tuesday, April 28 — 6:30 PM, via Zoom
Both forums will run approximately 75 minutes. Together, we'll explore:
