The desired impact in the community is to offset food scarcity with healthy and fresh vegetables. Potential distribution recipients of produce includes our Neighbors in Need ministry and local food banks. The vertical gardens pilot project are a channel to live out the values and of the congregation by:
Improving and strengthen collaboration
Creating spaces to build relationships with neighbors
Strengthening partnerships with community organizations
