All are invited to a Midday Moment of Peace: "Sacred Pause" Monthly Contemplative Prayer Service

Life moves fast, and finding moments of true stillness can feel like a challenge. Cultivating inner peace and a deeper connection with the divine is essential for our well-being.
That's why I'm excited to announce a new offering: "Sacred Pause," a new Contemplative Prayer Service held on the first Tuesday of every month at noon.
Beginning on Tuesday, June 3, and continuing monthly thereafter, all are welcome to step away from the busyness of the day and join together for 30 minutes of quiet reflection, prayer, and spiritual renewal. This simple service is designed to help you:
Unwind and de-stress: Find a sanctuary of calm amidst a busy week.
Deepen spiritual connection: Create space to simply "be" with God.
Experience inner peace: Cultivate a sense of tranquility that can carry us through the day.
This time together will include a brief welcome, a reflective scripture reading, an extended period of silent contemplation, and a closing prayer. No experience with contemplative prayer is necessary – simply come with an open heart.
Whether you're looking for a moment of quiet reflection, a deeper connection with your faith, or simply a peaceful break in your day, I warmly invite you to join together for a Sacred Pause.
When: First Tuesday of Every Month | Noon - 12:30 PM
Where: Trinity Chapel
I look forward to sharing this peaceful time with you. You are invited!
