This Sunday, the sanctuary will be adorned with quilts made by quilters here at Trinity. For the first time since 2019 we’ll bless and send around 100 quilts to Lutheran World Relief to be distributed around the world.
You can help support the Quilt Ministry!! A team of dedicated quilters of all skill levels meet (mostly) weekly to sew, cut, and tie, assembling quilts that are destined for those in need of some comfort all around the world through Lutheran World Relief's quilt program.
Here's how you can help:
DONATIONS: fabric, batting, twin size flat sheets, quilt tops (60" x 80")
FINANCIAL GIFTS: head to give.tlcs.church, or place gifts in the offering plate, indicating 'Trinity Quilters.' Funds are used to purchase supplies and cover shipping costs to send quilts to LWR.
YOUR TIME: if you can tie a knot, you can help! There are tasks for volunteers of all skill levels, and the team is always happy to teach newcomers. Just show up on Thursdays at 9 AM, or call/text Sandy Bueing (425.563.0612).
