Worship - Young Worshipper's Message

Worship
& Hospitality

We gather. We welcome. We are sent.

Worship is not confined to a single hour on Sunday. It is a way of life — lived in homes, workplaces, classrooms, neighborhoods, and in quiet acts of prayer and service.

On Sundays, the scattered church gathers. We hear God’s story. We receive grace in Word and Sacrament. We are nurtured in community. And then we are sent back into the world to continue that worship in daily life.

Hospitality is how we embody that grace. It shapes how we make space for one another — in our pews, in our conversations, and in our community.

Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or looking for a deeper way to live it, there is a place for you here.

Hospitality that Welcomes, Celebrates, and Acts

Hospitality at Trinity is not a program. It is who we are.

Inspired by the love of Jesus Christ, we celebrate the God-given dignity of every person. Our welcome is explicit: people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions are embraced here. We remain committed to anti-racism, inclusive leadership, and living justice in tangible ways.

But hospitality is more than a statement. It is practiced:

  • In language that invites rather than excludes

  • In honoring children as full participants in worship

  • In protecting the dignity of those pushed to the margins

  • In supporting those navigating grief, doubt, or transition

  • locally to build structures where all can thrive

If you are wondering whether you belong here — you do.
