Christmas in July: Boxing Day Celebration

Christmas in July is back! This year we're celebrating Boxing Day, observed on December 26 in many parts of the world as the feast of St. Stephen. Stephen, the first martyr of the early church, was also set apart to serve the poor, and his legacy gave rise to a tradition of almsgiving and care for those in need. It's a fitting spirit to carry into summer.

After worship, all are invited to a potluck lunch and cookie exchange — bring a dish to share and your favorite Christmas cookies to swap. We'll sing carols together and close with a hands-on service project benefiting a local organization. Details on the project are coming soon!
