All are welcome. Exercise to music together on Zoom (video can be on or off). Saturdays at 9 AM for 30 minutes, starting Jan 22 with personal trainer Ryan Eastman, friend/trainer for Sandy Howe. The exercises can be done seated or standing, no instruction, no prior experience needed, participate as often as you wish - and of course it's free. Drop in anytime. Contact Terry Anderson to be added to the list for weekly email reminder and link. Contact Sandy with questions.

Weekly Walk & Talk with Terry Anderson

Saturdays at 9:30, January 15 to March 26 Meet Terry at the lower parking lot at College Place Middle School on 208th street adjacent to the City of Lynwood Municipal Golf Course. Walk around a gravel track, the gravel walkway by the golf course, or a path around the golf course, in one or two groups, depending what people feel like doing that day. Good for any walking level, even for friendly dogs. Pass the time talking while walking on surfaces other than sidewalk, good for feet and legs. Contact Terry to be added to the list. She'll send a weekly reminder, and walkers should respond and sign up each week so that we know how long to wait for the group.
