Pay
Classroom Assistants
$15-16/hour depending on age/training, ECE certification wage varies
Lead Teachers
$18+/hour DOE (expected to raise $1 per hour on or before Jan 1)
Benefits
Paid initial training
Paid Vacation - 1st year Dec 24-31 paid then 1 additional week per year will accrue
Paid Sick time : accrue 1 hr per 40 worked
Health and wellbeing stipend for full time employees in lieu of insurance plans
Retirement - 3% contribution to 403b (501K equivalent for non-profits) plus 3% match for full time employees
Child care discounts
Continuing Education Grants through Early Achievers for Early Childhood Education to pursue Associates or Bachelors degrees
