Neighbors in Need Report + July 12, 2025

We had a smaller and really quiet crowd this morning. Maybe the quiet was because we had Bill's peaceful music? Thank you, Bill and especially thank you for bringing your mom. We hope she enjoyed her time with us.

Thank you to Advocates Recovery Services for a big, beautiful breakfast this morning! They served "the full meal deal" with scrambled eggs and sausage links, HOMEMADE biscuits (thank you Sabrina) and gravy, and a selection of fruit juices. Of course, they included our community-famous burritos, perfectly assembled and delicious

Our pantry also had a quiet morning. They served 55 Neighbors.

As always there was a long line of Neighbors at the clothing bank. The pending hot spell creates a need for summer clothing.

Thank you to Mercy Watch for health care this morning. They take so much time to listen to our Neighbors and address all of their healthcare concerns.

It's a tomato forest! Thank you, Trinity gardeners, for fresh salad ingredients. They will soon be adding tomatoes, cucumbers and a couple varieties of squash to their harvest. Garden fresh vegetables are a luxury for our Neighbors.
