Sacred Pause: Contemplative Prayer

Life moves fast, and finding moments of true stillness can feel like a challenge. On the first Tuesday of each month at Noon, step away from the busyness of your day and come together for 30 minutes of quiet reflection, prayer, and spiritual renewal with David Horton.

Our time together will include a brief welcome, a reflective scripture reading, an extended period of silent contemplation, and a closing prayer. No experience with contemplative prayer is necessary – simply come with an open heart.
