Endowment Grants.
The mission of the Trinity Endowment Fund Committee is to support religious activities and purposes within the church and the local community. As a small committee, our distributions are limited to those applicants with either a connection to Trinity, such as through Trinity's schools or congregation, or local students attending an accredited college, or established charity organizations, with preference given to ELCA missions. Distributions made by the Endowment Committee are directed in the following categories:

Support ministries in Christian education

Support outreach ministries in the congregation

Provide emergency assistance to those in need

Provide scholarships to students attending institutions of higher learning

Donor-directed uses as appropriate to the administration and use of the Endowment Fund
The Trinity Endowment Fund, as a ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church & Schools, provides donors an opportunity to support either a specific mission or mission projects with connections to local or established charity organizations, as well as college endeavors. The Endowment Fund receives assets from donations, testamentary gifts, memorials, bequests and other sources.
Previous Endowment distributions have been used for local and global missions, group ministry support, student scholarships and much more.
Investments & Donations
The Endowment Fund is invested in the ELCA Ministry Growth Fund which follows the ELCA's guidelines for socially responsible investing. The Endowment Fund is a perpetual fund from which earnings are distributed annually.

How to Apply
Contact endowment@tlcs.church for more information, with questions, and to receive a link to the application forms.
Students pursuing post-high school education may apply for an Endowment Fund Academic Grant. Applications are due no later than April 15. Two current letters of recommendation are required (no older than 1 year), and application must be complete. These letters can be directly uploaded with the application, mailed to the Trinity office ATTN: Endowment Fund or emailed to endowment@tlcs.church. Scholarship recipients will be contacted by email by May 1.
