Neighbors in Need Report + May 3, 2025

It was a party!  We had our average size crowd. Bill played jazzy, fun, sing-along music. All were at their best.

Patty had treated herself to a new wig! She was all rainbows. We remember when she was so addicted that she would sleep through the entire Saturday morning. She has been healthy for the last year, always smiling and full of good conversation. She is why we do this.

Trinity cooked scrambled eggs and sausage to go along with burritos. They served 67 plates.

Here's what they say about our clothing bank crew............  "I'm always touched to see how tender Peggy and the other kind person, who's name I forget, how tenderly they help our Neighbors find clothing." Thanks for noticing this busy team.

Thank you to Sheila for health care today. Under the sanctioned authority of Advocates Recovery Services, she regularly accompanies them to Neighbors in Need as well as serving with ARS throughout the south county. We are so grateful that you include us in your work. Sheila provides wound care and listens to "symptoms concerns". Our Neighbors have great trust in her.
