What's Happening

We served lots of Neighbors today.

We usually expect the first Saturday after benefits payments to be a bit slower, but that sure wasn't true this morning. 

It seems like the colder the night, the more cocoa mix we need to add to our coffee.

Chef, John (Trinity's breakfast team chef) worked with a very green crew this morning. 

It was a day of summer abundance.

Our pantry served 76 Neighbors this morning, plus 2 families.

I am delighted to announce that Pastor Beverly Piro will be joining us as our Interim Associate Pastor starting on September 1. 

Our Neighbors were sure glad to see hot food.

This was a fun and truly significant day of learning for our Neighbors in Need family.

Our Neighbors are eager to come inside for coffee even though it is a gentle summer day.

It was a day for maximum nutrition.

Where was everybody? We always expect a large crowd toward the end of the month, but it  was a truly quiet morning.

It was a morning of giving grace.

A hot cup of coffee and breakfast were welcome on a sunny and very warm morning.

The pantry ran out of bags after serving 85 Neighbors.
