In response to the 2025 meetings and conversation, and following a recent staff departure, the council engaged in a process of revising position descriptions to better address current ministry priorities at Trinity. As a result, three additional part-time staff positions were created.

This summer, for several Sundays, the sermon time will again take the form of a dialogue between Pastor Hector and a member of the congregation.

This past week, Trinity hosted two community forums exploring an important question shaping our ministry horizon: What is a deacon, and could this rostered role be part of Trinity's future?

The Northwest Washington Synod is gathering this year, and Trinity is the host.

The committee was commissioned by the Council to work on three objectives through February, 2026 in order to support the launch of positive, cooperative relationships between the TLCS community and the Lynnwood Neighborhood Center
