Welcome to members of Archangels Coptic Orthodox Church and thank you for breakfast. We sure enjoyed your company. Every single burrito was scarfed up. Please come again soon.

And once they finished preparing breakfast, the entire team moved over to clothing to help sort donations. The sorting was a huge task this morning! The photo shows the 9 huge bags of clothing collected for NiN by the congregation at Lynnwood Unity Church.

Organizations and families in south Snohomish County sure have Christmas spirit. Our Neighbors are loved.
Our pantry served 86 Neighbors and two families this morning. The pantry also benefits from local generosity. Edmonds Food Bank, Franz Bakery, Edmonds Unitarian Congregation, Salt of the Earth via Advocates Recovery Services and, of course, individual donors provide nutrition. Lynnwood Hygiene Center supplies our toiletries.
Nurse Gail was a busy medical consultant this morning. She cared for nine Neighbors.
Prayers
Please continue to pray for Joey Thompson. He was hit by a car as he was walking to Neighbors in Need last Saturday. He has broken ribs and injuries to his wrist and hand that required surgery. He continues to be a patient at Harborview Hospital. His sister and our Jannine are advocating and caring for him.
Sherie and Aaron were flooded out of their camp during our recent storm. Their belongings were destroyed, but they assure us that they "will be fine".
Next week we party!! It will be Christmas at Neighbors in Need 🙂
We thank God for you.
Joan
